What is the registration gift? Birthday gift?

A seasonal gift decided on by the Marketing department. This gift is subject to change at any time.

How are we sending quarterly guest passes?

We will send an email to the members informing them that we have added the buddy pass to their account, and it will be available to use IF the membership is current.

What do we want for exclusive member deals and events? How often should they run? Who runs them? How are members informed? 

Members will be signed up for our newsletter at registration and informed that our membership deals/promotion will be included in the quarterly issues.

What do you get in a membership?

Members receive a Jet Engine Pass once per day. Members receive 20% off items in the Hangar Café. Members will receive one complimentary guest pass for one (1) 2 Hour Unlimited Pass for a friend, after EVERY three (3) months of continuous membership. Members will receive a welcome gift and a birthday gift annually. Members will also receive special members only discounts, events, and promotions through our newsletter.

How do we manage 'family'?

Family members will ALL receive their own membership for use.

Please see the registration agreement. Additional members pay a 9.99 registration fee.

What is the term?

It is a monthly membership. It will automatically renew monthly for the advertised rate. 

Can I pay for the entire year?

Of course, you can! We will give you one free month if you pay the annual rate at activation.

Can I share my pass?

Passes are non- transferable. The account will be closed if these terms are violated.

What if I lose my pass?

Please report the loss to us at Flight 509 and we will issue another card.

How do I cancel?

You may cancel at any time by completing a cancellation agreement with your signature authorization, or visual ID. You must give the cancellation form to Flight 509 either in person, or via email. Only forms with a signature will be accepted. A cancelation form can be received by calling or stopping by Flight 509.

Why do you need a signature or visual ID check?

We must verify the membership owner. After cancelling our memberships, a registration fee may be necessary to reactivate it. This helps prevent unintended cancellation.

Can I get a refund?

You must cancel 5 days prior to the monthly charge to allow for processing cancellation. After the monthly charge has been processed, a refund can be issued within 5 days if the cancellation form is received AND the membership has not been used for the current month. Use included buddy passes and discounts at the Hangar Café.
