What are the rates?

What do you get in a membership?

Members receive a "Member" Jet Engine Passport once per day. Members will receive a welcome gift and a birthday gift annually. Members will also receive special members only discounts, events, and/or promotions.

How do we use our membership?

When you arrive at Passenger Boarding, notify the service provider that you are a member. Once your membership has been verified you will be provided with a Jet Engine Passport wristband and your arcade card will be reloaded as per the Jet Engine Passport inclusions. Members must be present to receive their wristband and arcade card.

What is the term?

It is a monthly membership that will automatically renew monthly for the advertised rate. There is a minimum two month commitment.

Can I share my pass?

Passes are non- transferable. The account will be closed if these terms are violated.

What if I lose my pass?

Please report the loss to us at Flight 509 and we will issue another card. There is a $1.00 charge to replace card.

How do I cancel?

You may cancel at any time by completing a cancellation agreement with your signature authorization, or visual ID. You must give the cancellation form to Flight 509 either in person, or via email. Only forms with a signature will be accepted. A cancelation form can be received by calling or stopping by Flight 509.

Why do you need a signature or visual ID check?

We must verify the membership owner. After cancelling our memberships, a registration fee may be necessary to reactivate it.
