Before you book..

Our ticket emails are temporarily grounded due to a technical issue, but your order will go through as usual.

After checkout, your tickets will appear on the confirmation page. Save or screenshot the page, or add your tickets to Apple Wallet.

If needed, our crew can look up your purchase when you arrive at check-in using the email you used at checkout. 

Tickets are not being emailed or mailed.

After checkout, you will receive an email with a barcode verifying your purchase.  This barcode can be brought into Flight 509 and redeemed for purchases or a physical gift card.  No gifts cards will be mailed.  The bar code will be for the total amount purchased.  If you need to disburse the barcodes to multiple recipients please purchase those in separate transactions.
